It is located directly on the beach, 5 km from the historic center of Grado.
The campsite provides pleasant relaxation and entertainment for all ages. A pool is available to guests. Ideal for families with small children. The private beach has a wide, fine sandy beach, the water is long and shallow, like a slowly deepening lagoon.
The little ones can also relax in several playgrounds. For adults, there is a soccer field, mini-golf, tennis court, and bicycles for rent.
For several families vacationing together (in one place, but also separately in separate houses) - For small and large groups of friends (large terrace for large conversations, beer drinking, card parties) - For those who like multi-generational family vacations (children, parents, grandparents can enjoy the beauty of the beach and rest together).
Its sand, rich in iodine and mineral salts, is suitable for alleviating rheumatic complaints.

Where are we?
The installed mobile home with a floor area of 24 m2 is located in a cedar pine campsite on the northern Adriatic coast of Italy.

The Camping
It is located on the shore of a bay near Grado.
The canopy of cedar pines allows us to hide in the shade from the hot sun. If someone likes the natural environment, this place is paradise.
It is also important you can take your pets with you.
To the right of the entrance to the campsite, ~150 m from the campsite's own beach, next to the supermarket, in a 120 m2 shady, pine-wooded area, there is the comfortable, self-contained, fully equipped mobile home No. 32 with a floor area of 8 m x 3 m. The house has a 10 m2 covered terrace and a costenlose separate parking lot.

The mobile home, renovated in 2022, provides a high degree of comfort.

Cooking and hot water are provided by a gas cylinder. Electricity, gas and water are included in the booking fee.

Booking conditions
Mobile home No. 32 is privately owned.
We handle the reservation through our own system.
During the negotiation of the reservation, we can offer additional special discounts: early booking, weekly, biweekly, last minute booking, etc.
The reservation is confirmed via e-mail or messenger, but it will only be effective after the advance payment.
The reservation fee does not include the tourist tax and the special fees indicated in the General Rental Conditions. Please read the General Rental Conditions carefully!
The above fees are valid for bookings from this website. Reservations can be made by filling out the contact form, by direct e-mail, or by telephone.
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Rent Arrival and departure every day of the week between 17.00-21.00 (arrival day) and 8.00-10.00 (departure day). Minimum 3 nights from 29.04-08.07 and 02.09 and minimum 7 nights in the period 08.07-02.09.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation after 90 days, the amount paid is fully refunded (except for bank charges). In case of cancellation between 30 and 90 days, 50% of the amount paid is refunded. In case of cancellation within 30 days, the amount paid is not refunded.
The weekly tournaments start on Saturday.
Payment 50% to confirm the reservation, another 50% no later than 30 days before arrival, by bank transfer to our Euro or HUF account at OTP bank.
In the case of transfers in forints, the daily EUR/HUF exchange rate must be taken into account. We will send you the voucher to be handed in at the Camping reception two days before departure at the latest.
Bail € 100,- to be paid upon arrival as a guarantee for possible damages
Consumption
The price includes electricity, water and gas and internet. Air conditioning Included in the price Free services Beach access, swimming pools, playground; 1 parking space.
Bedding Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases) is not included, it can be brought or rented for €9/person/week; bathroom and kitchen towels cannot be rented.
Final cleaning
€ 60, - Forms part of the deposit, does not include the kitchen, dishes, utensils, cutlery, which must be left clean.
Children's bed € 28 per week is payable upon arrival and must be indicated at the time of booking.
Pets on request: €5.00 29.04-20.05 and 09.09-24.09; €7.00 between 20.05-24.06 and 02.09-09.09; €10.00 per day from 24.06 to 02.09.
Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for a fee.
